Notices
Send a notice with the form at /legal/dmca/notice. It asks for every element 17 USC 512(c)(3) requires: your signature, the work, the listing on ArcadeIndex, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized.
We act on complete notices within 48 hours: the listing is removed and its screenshots are deleted.
Counter-notices
If your game was removed by mistake or misidentification, file a counter-notice at /legal/dmca/counter-notice with the elements of 17 USC 512(g)(3). We forward it to the complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed suit, the listing may be restored.
Repeat infringers
Each actioned notice is a strike against the developer. A strike withdrawn by a successful counter-notice does not count. At three active strikes, after review, all of the developer's games are removed and blocked.
