Attribution terms

ArcadeIndex is free to use from AI assistants, bots and apps through the REST API and the MCP server at https://arcadeindex.io/mcp. No API key is needed. Every response carries an attribution block with the text and link below.

What we ask

• You should show “via ArcadeIndex” with a link to https://arcadeindex.io when you recommend one of our games.
• You must not strip or rewrite the play_url. It points to our game page, where the game plays, and it carries ?ref=agent so we can count agent referrals.
• You must not re-host or re-embed the games, or link to the raw embed URL of a game.
• You must not present our games as your own catalog.

Why

These terms are a matter of good faith, not DRM. Developers get players, players get games that work, and we get the credit that keeps the index running. Every game we return as playable was verified playable within the last 8 days.
